The Airport Fire Officers Association invites members to join us for the 2026 AFOA AGM and Networking Lunch, taking place at the NEC Birmingham during The Emergency Services Show and Emergency Tech Show 2026.

This annual gathering provides an opportunity for AFOA members to come together, hear the latest Association updates, take part in the AGM and spend time networking with colleagues from across the airport fire and rescue community.

The meeting will take place in Piazza Suite 4 from 11:00 to 14:00 on Wednesday 16 September.

Attendees are also encouraged to make the most of their visit to the NEC by exploring The Emergency Services Show and the co-located Emergency Tech Show before and after the AFOA meeting.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026, The Emergency Services Show brings together emergency services professionals, suppliers and organisations from across the sector, with more than 500 exhibiting brands, live demonstrations, networking opportunities and a programme of CPD-accredited learning.

The co-located Emergency Tech Show focuses on technology shaping the future of emergency response, including communications, AI, digital systems, data, drones, robotics and other emerging operational technologies.

A dedicated AFOA VIP registration link is available for meeting attendees. We recommend registering in advance before attending the NEC.
